This 6 week lunchtime program led by one of Infinity’s instructors, Stacey Sciola, will take you on a journey of self discovery to find freedom and space in your body and to move with greater ease, reducing stress and compression in your body. This course will help you:
- Learn the fundamental exercises of Pilates
- Improve your posture
- Gain core strength
- Connect with your breath
- Walk out feeling taller and more energetic after each class.
